Healthy soil, worm farms and composting - Children’s workshop

Join us for a workshop focused on making and maintaining healthy soil. Activities will include:

  • Discussion on why healthy soil is important and the natural components of healthy soil

  • Setting up worm farms with lots of wriggly worms!

  • Learning how to make healthy compost

This workshop is suitable for children aged 4-12 who are curious about the outdoors and living creatures.

Children must be accompanied by a parent/carer. Parents/carers are welcome to assist their child/ren.

What to bring: Sunscreen, hat, water, snack

Duration: 1.5 hours

Cost: $21.90 per child.
